RFID Based Automatic student attendance system ( i-GATE RFID READER )

This is an automated system for recording attendance of the institution based on RFID technology, which is a set of technical tools, running specialized tag , hardware and software developed by Greenfuturz

Working principle

i-GATE RFID READER  will be Installed on every gate of a school, Every students would be issued an RFID card.Each card has Unique ID and contact information when a student comes in the vicinity of RFID reader, the ID and contact information will be stored in the platform. As soon as the students enter or leave the school, the RFID reader will automatically detect the card and send a SMS to their parents.

Automated #RFID system is based on the ultra UHF Technology. Students will be identified at the entrance to school at a distance of 5 – 7 meters from the RFID-receiver.

Automatic control of the movement of students will improve the accuracy of accounting data and their processing. The system ensures the accuracy of registration through the checkpoints and thus eliminating the possibility of errors due to human factors. Parents will always know what their child is doing in school time.
